From Dieting to Fueling
So many people today are concerned with diet fads and quick fix pills. It puts them in an unhealthy mindset. They start to think losing weight is impossible, because these fads are short term fixes. If you think about it is your body made for dieting? That wouldn't make sense right. Your body was made to use fuel. Not to learn how to go on without it. You can probably tell what I'm trying to get to is here. High intensity training will help you lose weight long term. It will train your body to burn fat more effectively. All you have to do is push your self for 30 secs. I know everyone always says slow and steady wins the race. I have never seen the slow guy win a race.
