Workouts anyone can do.
These are the only workouts you need to get in great shape. They are so easy anyone could do it. They work all the major muscles, and don't require expensive equipment. To make them intense, and more effective. You just go hard for 30 seconds, then take a 1 minute break, then repeat for just 15 minutes. If your really intense you can skip the rest, and just slow it down instead. If you can't do some girl push-up(my wife hates that name). You could always run, or buy a heavy bag. High Intensity Interval Training is the best for fast weight loss, and pretty good for strength gaining as well.
