Workouts anyone can do.
These are the only workouts you need to get in great shape. They are so easy anyone could do it. They work all the major muscles, and don't require expensive equipment. To make them intense, and more effective. You just go hard for 30 seconds, then take a 1 minute break, then repeat for just 15 minutes. If your really intense you can skip the rest, and just slow it down instead. If you can't do some girl push-up(my wife hates that name). You could always run, or buy a heavy bag. High Intensity Interval Training is the best for fast weight loss, and pretty good for strength gaining as well.
All free animals eat organic.
Animals always eat healthy no matter what. Nobody tells them to eat healthy. They just do it, because it's natural to them. Most of them eat veggies straight from the earth(high omega 3's). Some like monkeys eat fruit without pesticides on it(go figure). The ones that eat meat(lions, bears) eat healthy meats. Salmon is very high in omega 3's, and so is a gazelle that eats grass all day. Why do we want omega 3's again? They block not just cancer, but other diseases too. What about those obese animals in the picture? Oh them, they eat omega 6's fed to them by humans, and usually have tumors as well. You can't blame them they didn't get to choose their food. Choose organic even for your pet.

Government likes money more than your health. Big surprise.
I found out today that obesity in america is caused by the government's greed. Funny how our government's solution to every problem is "make lots of money now deal with the consequence later". Then deny deny deny. They had a lot of corn farms. So they put our health last, and said cook with corn oil. Then they said lets stop walking the cows, and feed them corn. Then they said sugar is getting expensive. Lets use all this left over corn cobb, and make high fructose corn syrup. Fast forward to the future, and were all still wondering where this cancer is coming from. Well big surprise its corn, but they are still going with the original plan. Deny deny deny. Olive oil, fish, grass fed animals, and dairy have omega 3's(The cancer blocker). Corn is the exact opposite full of omega 6's(cancer miracle grow). Well, I guess it's not all their fault right. It's our choice what we eat. So you can choose organic, stop putting money in the bad guys pocket, or just eat whatever, and wait for your trickle down economic dues.
From Dieting to Fueling
So many people today are concerned with diet fads and quick fix pills. It puts them in an unhealthy mindset. They start to think losing weight is impossible, because these fads are short term fixes. If you think about it is your body made for dieting? That wouldn't make sense right. Your body was made to use fuel. Not to learn how to go on without it. You can probably tell what I'm trying to get to is here. High intensity training will help you lose weight long term. It will train your body to burn fat more effectively. All you have to do is push your self for 30 secs. I know everyone always says slow and steady wins the race. I have never seen the slow guy win a race.

Girl Push-Ups Not So Easy.
I know they look easy, and men don't get on their knees for anyone(except a heart attack of course) right? So you will only lift 50% of your weight, but if you have a big upper body(or never touched a weight). 50% can start to look like a lot(50% of 400 is 200). Think about wrestling with Tony Soprano(don't think about it). When doing girl(means easy) push-ups your gonna need a pillow. The farther you spread your body out the harder it is(not sexual), kind of like an ab roller(not a sex move). The first picture shows the position for a regular push-up. The second is a variation for tricep(bigger than biceps) focus, because the elbows are close to the body. Once you master these you can move on to man or real push-ups(don't be sexist). From there you can move onto legs elevated push-ups(how I stay fit). If you want to go extreme then move onto the planks(david blaine push-ups or feet off the ground push-ups) and the handstand push-ups(someday).
